How I Think About Learning

Every solution starts with understanding people, performance gaps, and organizational goals.

Before designing anything, I ask: What’s the real performance gap? What does success look like? Good learning design starts with good questions.

Every element…from a module structure to a visual choice…has a reason. I design for clarity, engagement, and application, not just for completion.

Learning that doesn’t transfer is decoration. I build evaluation into the design process to ensure solutions create real, lasting change.
